Thanks for trying to KEEP up with the Joneses!!! We have just recently had a bug in our household, little Eva has been sick and now Nate and I are sick; among the lucky is the one and only LANA!! Although she can't say she's the happiest about it because she still had to go to school today!! Aww!
Well I guess I could tell you a little about this blog...
I am new to this, and new to a lot of other things, so I think that's what this will be; a LEARNER'S INFORMATION RAILROAD! I quit my job in April to be a stay at home mom...boy if we thought we had faith before, whew, we're learning a thing or two. I thought maybe I could share some of the ins and outs of PUTTING FEET TO YOUR FAITH. But our Lord says in his Word "All things work together for good to them that love God and are the called according to his purpose" Romans 8:28
Lately I have been reading two books incorporated with my bible time in the mornings...they are A Meek and Quiet Spirit by Cindy Schaap (these are stories for wives and mothers from women in the bible - New Testament) and Silk and Purple by Cindy Schaap (these are stories for wives and mothers from women in the bible - Old Testament). They are wonderful and I am really learning how God uses us women. Women truly are a POWERFUL source, we get to choose whether we use it for good or for bad. Make the choice.....use your power for good.
